Raw Vegan “Kinder Bueno” Nana Ice Cream



Peanut-Date Caramel:

5-6 soft dates (soak if not soft)

3tbsp almond milk

10 raw peanuts

Pinch of salt

Nougat Nice Cream:

3 frozen bananas

1tbsp peanut butter

Handful of raw peanuts

30-50ml almond milk

Chocolate Ganache:

2tbsp canned coconut milk

2tsp cacao powder

1tsp agave nectar


  1. Blend the peanut-date caramel ingredients until desired consistency
  2. Blend all the ingredients for the nice cream until smooth
  3. Mix ingredients ganache ingredients until smooth, creamy ganache forms
  4. Drizzle nougat nice cream with chocolate ganache and peanut-date caramel and top with raw (grated) chocolate pieces and more peanuts
