PB&J Baked Oatmeal

PB&J Baked Oatmeal


For the oatmeal:

50g rolled oats

1/2 mashed banana

1tsp baking powder

1tsp sweetener

100ml unsweetened almond milk

Sprinkle each of ground nutmeg, cinnamon and turmeric

However much peanut butter and jam you want (I used 10g of PB and 10g strawberry jam) 

For decoration:

Fresh fruits e.g. strawberries, blueberries

1/2 sliced banana

1tsp of coconut shreds

Sprinkle of blueberry powder

1tsp peanut butter

1 square of chocolate



  1. Preheat oven to 170oC
  2. Combine dry ingredients for the oatmeal in a heatproof bowl.
  3. Stir in the milk, then both the jam and PB until everything is combined and the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
  4. Bake oatmeal in the oven for 15-20mins (the longer you leave it, the more cake-like the oatmeal will become)!
  5. Remove carefully from oven, let cool for a few minutes then top with whatever you desire and enjoy!
