Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients:

Pancakes:

1 flax egg

25g rolled oats

2tsp peanut butter

20ml almond milk

1 mashed ripe banana

Chocolate Sauce:
15g coconut flour

1tsp Cocoa powder

10-30ml water (depending on the consistency you want)

Method:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium low heat and melt a little coconut oil. Meanwhile, combine the above ingredients into a mixing bowl to create your pancake batter.
  2. Turn the heat down to low and pour 3 flat tbsps of the chocolate batter onto the pan. Allow this to cook until bubbles form on the top, then flip until both sides seem done. Repeat with the rest of your batter.
  3. Whilst cooking your pancakes, mix together the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Stack up pancakes and top with the chocolate sauce for the best pancake stack ever.
