Very Berry Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

VERY BERRY PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE BOWL

You will need:
1 pineapple, cut in half lengthways (insides scooped out)

Ingredients:

2 bananas

6 strawberries, chopped

Handful of raspberries

1 tbsp each of Cranberry and Bilberry Powders

6 medjool dates, soaked if needed (discard water)

100ml almond milk


Instructions:

1. Blend all the ingredients and pour half the smoothie into each half of the pineapple.

2. Top with your favourite colourful fruits/ nuts e.g. Mango, kiwi

  1. That looks amazing! I’ve never been a massive smoothie fan because they’ve just never really appealed to me… But this! I think I’ll try this in a cut out water melon too
