Berry-licious Açai Smoothie Bowl



2 small ripe bananas

4 strawberries

Handful of blueberries

1/2tbsp acai powder

1/2tbsp blueberry powder

1/2 cup almond milk

1tsp coconut sugar

1tsp xanthum gum

Toppings: raspberries, sliced kiwi, blueberries


1. Blend all the ingredients for the smoothie. Once blended, pour into a (pineapple) bowl.

2. Top with your favourite nibbles and fresh fruit.

3. It’s as easy as that – ENJOY!
